Hi my name is Heather I have worked at Care with Pride for 4 years. I really enjoy making a difference to people’s lives, and ensuring that they receive good quality care. My key focus when supporting others is to ensure I do it with care, compassion and respect, offering support and guidance without taking over, everyone is different, there is no one size fits all in my profession, I want to give everyone the best I can and leave them feeling happy. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, gardening and reading.
