At Care with Pride, we understand that support is about much more than personal care. Maintaining independence, social connections and enjoying the things that matter most are all important for wellbeing.
Our social care and community support services are tailored to each individual and may include:
- Companionship visits and social interaction
- Providing a sitting service while family members or carers take a well-earned break
- Support to attend social groups, clubs, faith activities and community events
- Accompaniment to appointments and outings
- Assistance with shopping, either alongside the customer or on their behalf
- Support to pursue hobbies, interests and recreational activities
- Help to maintain friendships and family connections
- Accompaniment on day trips and short breaks away, where appropriate
We take the time to understand what is important to each person and create opportunities for them to remain active, engaged and connected to their community. Whether it’s enjoying a coffee at a favourite café, attending a local club, visiting family, or simply having someone to chat with, our team is here to provide reliable and meaningful support.
